"RAPID ANALYZER I"
A unit that takes advantage of technology today to give you the most advanced BATTERY ANALYZER/CONDITIONER in the market to date!!!

(3) MINUTE STATE OF HEALTH EVALUATION
The "RAPID ANALYZER I" will analyze the specified Battery chemistries in (3) MINUTES, giving the expected capacity the Battery will deliver when fully charged.  For this test the "RAPID ANALYZER I" requires the Battery to be charged at least to 25% of its rated capacity; if it isn't the unit will charge the Battery automatically to the required level and then perform the test in question automatically.  The unit utilizes a proprietary algorithm to perform this evaluation.

ADAPTER CUPS, MULTI-CHEMISTRY
One adapter cup can be used with Nickel-Cadmium, Nickel-Metal Hydride, Lithium-Ion and Lithium Polymer BATTERIES.  The same Adapter Cups not only will function with all these Chemistries, but will allow all OEM battery capacities to be programmed into a single ADAPTER CUP. In addition, allowing the user to program a non OEM Battery into one memory location in each ADAPTER CUP, UTILIZING THE SINGLE FUNCTION BUTTON.

SINGLE BUTTON OPERATION
Initiates all modes of operation with a single FUNCTION BUTTON.  These units are totally user friendly.

IMPEDANCE TEST
Impedance is used in the three minute test and in the charge mode.  The Impedance function can be used to screen batteries quickly to cull out defective batteries.  This test takes approximately 10 to 15 seconds.

CONDITION MODE
With this mode of operation one can perform a traditional conditional function, allowing the "RAPID ANALYZER I" to cycle a Nickel based battery up to three times, to achieve a minimum capacity of 80% of its rated capacity.  Lithium based batteries will only be cycled once to insure a capacity of 80% of its rated capacity.

CHARGE MODE
In this mode the "RAPID ANALYZER I" will charge a battery at a 1C rate up to a 4000mA rate and perform an Impedance test prior to charging the battery to insure that the battery is within its specification.  This will eliminate the charging of defective batteries.

DISCHARGE ONLY
In this mode the battery will be discharged according to the battery's specifications.  This mode will allow one to evaluate the Charger to see that it is performing correctly.  The unit can dissipate a maximum of 16 watts.
